MacMillan Cake Sale - Friday 25th September

MacMillan is a charity that supports patients who are terminally ill with cancer and their families. Some of you may have personal experience of their work.

During the summer Mrs Jennings who was my Personal Assistant for the last ten years was diagnosed with cancer and sadly died last week. We would like as a school to take part in the MacMillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning next week to say thank you to MacMillan for the support they gave to Mrs Jennings and her family.

Friday 25th September

Staff and students are invited to bring in some cakes for us to sell in the atrium next Friday. You might like to bake a cake or buy some cakes to bring in to school. Please drop them off at pupil reception during registration on Friday 25th September and we will put them out for sale at break time when pupils and staff will be able to buy them. All the money will be passed on to MacMillan.

Thank you for your support – Mr Ellis
