Weekly Update - 26th March 2021

In strange times this half term has been one of the strangest.  We started with 3 weeks of remote learning, then conducted over 1300 lateral flow tests and brought the students back into school for the final 3 weeks.  It has been a big change for everyone and as always everyone has coped with the change differently.  We now have the chance to re-group over Easter and to come back stronger and ready for a really good summer term.

It feels like a time of hope as we emerge from lockdown and hopefully start to enjoy meeting friends and family and getting a decent haircut!

The students will return at the following times on April 12th:

Year 7 - 9.40am

Year 8 - 9.45am

Year 9 - 9.50am

Year 10 - 9.55am

Year 11 - 10.00am

Students should go to the normal entrance and then straight to lesson 2.

We are still contact tracing for the first two days of Easter so I hope we are not contacting you.  Please keep using the LFT over the holidays.

We raised £451.76 for Comic Relief last week, thank you to all of you who donated.

We will be changing our phone provider from 7th April and the new reception number will be 806600.  Reception will not be staffed during the holidays so the best way to contact school is still:

Have a great 2 weeks and see you on the 12th.
