Here at York High School we are proud to work alongside Stonewall to tackle Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual bullying in schools.
Each year we attend York Pride, and are proud to be one of the first school in York to have joined them, being active attendees and ambassadors since 2016 when Mr Sims was asked to speak from the top of the York Pride bus.
Our PRIDE club regularly hold events in school, raising money from LGBT+ charities including Mermaids.
